My Approach
I work from a Relational Psychoanalytic Perspective. I see therapy as a relationship that is built so that you can begin to  understand how you are with yourself and others. This approach differs from many in that we will look at how our relationship evokes problematic
I bring an anti-oppression lens to therapy with each person. I think about how power and privilege, societal roles and identities, cultural differences and constraints operate in our therapy together as well in our individual lives. This provides a crucial context for the our work within the Relational Psychoanalytic Approach.

Who I Work With
Currently I work with adults, older adolescents and couples. I have extensive experience and training working with Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Gender Queer and Gender Variant youth and adults.

I also  work with heterosexual men and women, with a special interest in how gender injustice has effected both women’s and men’s lives . I have experience  aiding individuals in many family and relationship configurations; open, monogamous, polyamorous, blended etc.
